Ordering

What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, please refer to our size chart and additional sizing and fit information on each product page. This information is located underneath the 'Add to Cart' button for each of our products.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! We are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. View our Return Policy here.

Can I make an amendment to my order?

We will do our best to make any changes to your order before dispatch, however can not make a guarantee. Please email us (orders@elqactive.com) within 1 hour of placing your order to ensure we can update an item or postal address (This excludes weekends, we will reply to your emails first available opportunity on the next business day).

Can I purchase/pick up items in person?

Unfortunately, you will not be able to pick your order up in person or come in to try items on as we do not have the facilities to facilitate this.

What are your payment options?

ELQ Active currently accepts Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal. Gift Cards and Store Credits can also be used.

Pre-orders

What is a pre-order?

An item available for pre-order allows customers to purchase an item before it has arrived to our warehouse. When stock is received to our Brisbane warehouse, orders will be dispatched to customers who have placed a pre-order.

Please note, ELQ Active collects full payment at the time the order is placed.

When will my pre-ordered item be sent?

Please refer to the individual product details for more information on expected delivery dates. Items marked with 'Pre-Order' will be dispatched from our Brisbane Warehouse once the items become available.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive a secondary email with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Do you ship overseas?

We currently offer Australian domestic shipping only. International delivery to select regions and countries will be added soon. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

How long does it take to process my order?

Please allow 24-48 hours for your order to be processed and fulfilled. This process may take slightly longer during periods of high order volume.

How do I make a return?

Making a return is easy. To ensure you have a positive shopping experience with us, we offer a 14 day returns policy for Australian customers.

I have received a faulty/damaged item!

We sincerely apologise if you have received a faulty or damaged item. We do our best to check over all items and orders prior to dispatch however sometimes things are missed. Please email images of the damage to our team at orders@elqactive.com, along with an explanation of the fault/damage, and we will send through a free Australia Post returns label.

Our returns department will take your request into consideration but will need to follow the required steps in processing your return.
If your item is deemed to have a major manufacturing fault (something that happened when the item was being made) you will have the option of a refund, exchange pending stock availability or a store credit.
