Australian domestic shipping

All prices listed are in Australian Dollars (AUD$). All orders are dispatched from Brisbane, Australia, using Australia Post.

When your order has been placed, a confirmation email will be sent to your nominated email address. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your 'junk' folder prior to emailing us. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a secondary email, including a tracking link.

Orders $200 and over

  • Express Delivery (1-2 Business Days*): FREE

*Please note, the delivery timeframes above are estimates based on information provided by our shipping providers. Unfortunately, delays during transit may occur from time to time, which ELQ cannot be held responsible for. If you live in a regional area, please allow for an extra 3-5 business days for delivery. 

 

PO Boxes / Parcel Lockers / Collection Points

Please note a handling fee of $9.95 will be applied at checkout to any order with a PO box, parcel locker or collection point
address.

PRE-ORDERS

A pre-order is an order that is placed for an item that is not currently at our fulfillment location. The full amount for the item/s will be charged at checkout to secure the order. This means there will be a delay between payment and receiving your pre-ordered item/s.

An expected delivery date will be listed within the item description on the product page. The expected delivery date on all pre-order styles is an estimate only  and is not considered a formal guarantee. Unexpected delays to the delivery date which exceeds 5 business days will be communicated via email and our customer care team will be more than happy to discuss your options.

If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock styles, your delivery will be shipped in separate packages and will be delivered as per our standard shipping terms. Our standard returns and exchange policy apply to all pre-orders.

Please note, cancellation of pre-order items is strictly not accepted once your order has been placed.

DISPATCH

We want you to enjoy your purchases as fast as possible.

  • Orders placed before 5pm AEST will be dispatched by close of business the next business day.
  • Orders will be dispatched Monday-Friday
  • Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday will be processed the next business day. There will always be unavoidable delivery delays surrounding public holidays.
  • During peak sale periods, please allow 2-3 business days for order dispatch. Your order is our top priority and will be enroute at the earliest possible opportunity.

If you have made an error in your delivery address, please contact us via email at orders@elqstore.com immediately. If your order has already been shipped, ELQ Store accepts no responsibility for incorrect details entered. Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes, redirect orders or cancel your order, however our usual returns process is available.

TRACKING

All ELQ purchases are tracked. As soon as your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking notification to your nominated email address. You can track your parcel clicking on the link provided in the email.

In the event that no one is able to sign for your parcel, the courier will leave a card for you to make a collection from the nearest Post Office.

DELIVERY

All deliveries must be signed for. Please ensure your delivery address is attended and provide a business address where
possible, or such other address where someone will be able to sign for the delivery between 9am and 5pm. All deliveries to
residential addresses must be signed for. Should you be unavailable at your provided shipping address, the courier company will advise you regarding collection or re-delivery.

ELQ will not be held responsible for parcels that are re-directed to a local post office or alternative facility for collection.

 

Incorrect Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate, as we will not be held responsible for delayed or 'lost' parcels. Any items returned to ELQ Active will be re-shipped at the cost of the customer.

 

What happens if my package gets lost?

Please email us at orders@elqactive.com. If your package is lost in transit, we will do everything we possibly can to assist you. However, ELQ Active is not responsible for packages if there is proof of delivery.

International Shipping

NEW ZEALAND

SHIPPING TO NEW ZEALAND IS COMING SOON.

A flat rate for all orders with a delivery destination in New Zealand will be applied at checkout. We are unable ship to PO boxes in New Zealand.

Where GST applies to your purchase, it will be added to your order at checkout at the rate of 15%. All purchases of NZD$1,000 or less will not incur any additional duties or taxes. Please refer to the Customs, Duties & Taxes section below, for information regarding additional fees that may apply to your order.

UK

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

If you are located outside of Australia, when it comes to customs, you will become the importer of your order and will be responsible for any applicable import restrictions, additional duties and/or taxes. These importation duties and taxes are not the responsibility of ELQ and are implemented by the relevant authorities in your country of residence. ELQ has no control over the amounts charged. Please make enquiries with your local customs authority to confirm any importation duties, tax rates and thresholds that may apply.

For orders being shipped to New Zealand, the UK, or EU, GST/VAT will be applied at checkout for orders under the relevant thresholds. The inclusion of these taxes will be clearly indicated on your order confirmation.
